OBITUARY ALBERT C. EBLE
Al died in 2001
Albert C. Eble, 56, of Ocean Township, died Friday at his daughter’s home in Oakhurst, Ocean Township.  He was a supervisor at Brick Framers, Ocean Township for 20 years.  He was a marine Corps veteran. He was a parishioner of Our Lady of Mount Carmel Roman Catholic Church, Asbury Park.  He had a “grand dog” named Kozmo.  Born in Newark, he lived in Ocean Township since 1951.

He was predeceased by his father, Albert C. Eble, Sr., in 1971, and his mother, Wilma Eble Boyd, in 2001.  Surviving are his daughter and son-in-law, Shannon and Craig J. Flannigan of Oakhurst, Ocean Township; a brother William K  Eble of Dade City, Fla.; three sisters, Laurlee A. Shumann of Wayside, Ocean Township, Carolyn D. Terhune of Wall, and Kathryn D. Thacker of Point Pleasant, and two stepsisters, Patricia Thorne of Wayside, Ocean Township, and Barbara Gardner of Ocean Township.

I have fond memories of Al, especially his amazing athleticism and how he often chose the path less traveled (bowling over basketball if I remember correctly). Be at piece my friend.

Read the news about Al. I knew him from First Grade at Wanamassa School and have great memories of Little League. He was a Yankee and I was a Brave. He was a terrific athlete and we played together on the All Star Team. Was always quiet and kind and have only positive memories of him. Echo Bruce..rest in peace
