In investment and Corporate Banking virtually my entire career. Went offshore to Singapore to be the COO of our Asia/Pacific Region for 5 years beginning 1995. Then, to Amsterdam to be the COO of our Consumer Electronic Products/Transaction Banking until 2005. Returned to Chicago to be COO of the Americas (including Spanish speaking countries in Latin America). Landed in a rather large mess with the regulators who alleged there was money laundering in our NY branch requiring serious fixing. Returned to Amsterdam for 2 years to establish a succession plan for the top 2500 executives out of a population of 100,000+ organization. Retired to my wife's hometown, Des Moines, Iowa. Now doing Executive Coaching (and an occasional training for Apple at their retail store for 50+ year old purchasers lost in how to use their devices).

School Story

Only at APHS for my first two years since my parents decided I was something of a reprobate that needed to be "shipped" to Admiral Farragut Academy for my last two years. That said, had many friends which I lost touch with over time. Still remember some very special people, school dances and Johnny Mathis at APHS.

Moved to California after Freshman year at Lehigh University. Lost a year in the tune in-turn on-drop out period of Timothy Leary. Did the long hair/drug routine playing in terrible bands that year. Hard to believe I actually could grow hair that long given current condition!

Finally finished BS and MBA at San Jose State University.

Don't know how I can help with the plans the 55th, but if you need a guy with a shovel from the Midwest, please do not hesitate to call me.
