Thomas L Silkowski, 33 of 2513 W. Asbury Ave., died yesterday at Jersey Shore Medical Center, Neptune.

He lived at the shore for the past 33 years.

Mr. Silkowski was employed by the D.T.A. Construction Co., here.

He was an Army veteran of the Vietnam War and a member of the Faith Baptist Church.

Surviving are his wife, the former M. Joanne Daves; two daughters, the Misses Tammy Lynn and Margaret Diane, bot at home, his parents Leopold and Mary Silkowski, here, a brother John, Asbury Park, two sisters, Barbara D’Esposito, Asbury Park, and Miss Janet Silkowski, here.
